The company is headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany. The history of Alpargatas started in 1907, in a factory located in Mooca District, São Paulo. Nowadays, Alpargatas produces footwear, apparel and accessories. It owns the brands Havaianas, Dupé, Topper, Rainha, Sete Léguas and Meggashop, it´s also licensed of Mizuno and Timberland and owns shares at Osklen.
Diageo is in the premium drinks business with an outstanding collection of beverage alcohol brands across spirits, beer and wine. These brands include Johnnie Walker, Crown Royal, J&B, Windsor, Buchanan\\\'s and Bushmills whiskies, Smirnoff, Ciroc and Ketel One vodkas, Baileys, Captain Morgan, Tanqueray and Guinness.
