Target of the action is a popular shopping mall that is closed to the population but stores smuggled products.
The Civil Police and São Paulo City Hall carried out, this Monday morning (8), an operation against piracy in Brás, São Paulo downtown.
The target of the operation is Shopping Tupan, which is located on Rua Valtier - one of the busiest in the region. The mall has about 400 boxes and, according to the investigation, at least half of them have smuggled and counterfeit goods. There are thousands of sneakers, toys, clothes, and all kinds of products.
The mall is not functioning open to the public in this quarantine, but everything is stored there. In this same mall, last year, 200 tons of products were seized.
