Military Police seizes almost 7 thousand watches from Paraguay without fiscal note
Two women were arrested for smuggling and sent to the Federal Police in Araçatuba (SP).
The Military Police seized, this Friday (25), 6,915 watches from Paraguay, during patrols in the Palmeiras neighborhood, in the city of Dracena (SP). Two women were arrested for smuggling and, after posting bail, were released to respond in freedom.
According to information from the Military Police, the agents received information that a vehicle was carrying stolen goods. The police approached the car, in which there were two women, 55 and 68 years old, and a man, 35 years old, and after conducting a personal and vehicular search, they found that the products were from Paraguay. In addition, the involved had a warrant for his arrest.
After the seizure of the load of 6,915 watches, the women were arrested and sent to the Federal Police in Araçatuba (SP), and eventually released on bail.
The man remained in prison in Dracena city because he had a warrant out for his arrest.
